We really enjoyed Staff training in the term 21-30.4. in the Czech republic. At first we spent 3 days in Prague, soaked the historical atmosphere, then moved to Uherský Brod and were teaching our pupils for 5 days. They learned new methods how to communicate better, how to increase creativity and to solve problems more effectively. It was undoubtedly mutually beneficial.
